This artwork was inspired by the historical Carnegie Library in the town of Hoquiam in Washington State. The artist and her husband donated time gardening the landscaping at the historic location. Current photographs of the Hoquiam Public Library can be seen today online. This painting is an expression of the magic and mystery of nature combined with devotion to the structure of humanity.
