To the Divine and Sacred Balance of Masculine and Feminine I call!
Grant that the choices I make this day be good and true. Allow that I may use the knowledge I have gained with wisdom. Guide me to a path of cleansing Karma that I may soon return to you!

Wolf of the North, teacher of wisdom -- lend me your energy.
Hawk of the East, teacher of perception and intuition -- lend me your focus and spirit.
Porcupine of the South, teacher of growth -- lend me knowledge of heart.
Great Bear of the West, teacher of discipline and philosophy -- lend me your compassion.
Sacred Animals of the Ancient Winds, attend to my rite.
Bless me with Your Powers!

Her power --
It is growing;
Soon She will be full.
The energy is flowing,
As does the tidal pull.
Though Her sight is just a sliver,
Not radiant and grand,
She lends Her magick to me;
Still inspired by Her I am!

A Call to Bast
Protectress of our feline friends;
Great Goddess Bast --
Watch over my familiar,
The one who's be my side as spell is cast.
When the altar's been erected,
And the circles 'bound is made,
My feline friend is there
To be my magicks aid.
Not just in our sacred circle --
But always when without --
We have a special bond,
Of that there is no doubt.
Bast, I ask You please,
To put my mind at ease.
Guard my friend, Your child,
When out and in the wild.
Let no harm be done
To my furry little one.

A Prayer to the God
Lord of a thousand winds
that blow;
He who is the glittering
of fallen snow;
You are the suns rays
on ripening grain.
Your spirit's found
in thundering rain.
You are the mornings quiet hush,
Before we awake and start to rush,
About our daily lives.
Great Lord and God,
be with us day and night.
Grant that we may use Your light
to guide us through the days.

Messenger the Raven
A raven came to me this morning, for what I could not say.
His dark eyes looked upon me, inviting me to play.
He did not tease me, or take care that I, a simple human,
Could not take flight and join him in his dance up in the air.
His magic and his mystery to me he tries to give.
I listen closely and I learn of the world in which we live.
To travel in the darkness, and bring back a speck of light,
is what the raven's telling me; it's mans eternal plight.
A raven came to me this morning; for what? I think I know.
Listen closely to the raven .... for his magick he will show!
