Spine is uncracked, having never been used, and the how-to patterns are uncut! It's all there. This pattern book wouldn't pass itself off as "new" but I think it is in very good condition overall. Some wear & discoloration, due to general age, on the outside. Inside has ink inscription from original craftswoman owner dated 1982. Inside also tells charming official tale of the origins of the Cabbage Patch collection.
